Employees earn eTokens by exhibiting certain behaviors and/or achieving specified results. These behaviors and results are defined by your organization and Snowfly. Behaviors and accomplishments can be reported and verified manually by a participant logging on to their personal account and providing the system with the necessary information OR automatically based on “electronic” data received by the Snowfly program from your organization via a pre-developed automated data transfer process. The opportunity to play a game is awarded immediately upon verification of the behavior or accomplishment being logged. Each play of a game yields anywhere from 2 to 5000 redeemable prize points.
