Minyard
Thad Minyard is the Chairman of the Board of McCoy Inc. in Houston, Texas and Rockford Business Interiors in Austin, Texas. He was instrumental in building McCoy into one of the most respected names in the office interiors industry. Minyard is involved in several other industry related and charitable boards: the Executive Committee of Junior Achievement and Rice Alliance (an Entrepreneurial Development Group of Rice University). Minyard holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Technological University and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Hal Johnson
Hal Johnson is Managing Partner of Client Development for Korn/Ferry International, operating from its New York and Colorado offices. He has extensive experience in recruiting senior level executives and has specialized in human resources for 15 years, working exclusively on HR solutions. Johnson spent 20 years holding the top HR positions for three major corporations: Cigna (formerly INA), Federated Department Stores and the Travelers Companies, where he was also responsible for Corporate Administration. Johnson was on the committee at McKinsey & Company that produced the widely recognized “The War for Talent” report. Bruce has a wealth of marketing and sales experience in the golf and sporting goods industries. He was also associated with Nike as the National Sales Manager of the Golf division and Marketing Manager for the Athletic Footwear division.
