Dr. Brooks
Mitchell, Founder
Dr. Brooks Mitchell is a Professor of Management
at the University of Wyoming and the founder of
two highly successful Wyoming based software companies.
When he founded his first company, Aspen Tree
Software, he originated the Computerized Employment
Interview and was a pioneer in the Internet job
application process. In 1998, he started Snowfly.
He now devotes his full time efforts to Snowfly,
his students, and his classes at the University
of Wyoming.

Rob Koller,
Technology Leader
Rob Koller has been with Snowfly since day one.
He also worked with Brooks Mitchell at Aspen Tree
Software. Rob has BS and MS degrees in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He
is married with a daughter. Rob is an outdoor
enthusiast who enjoys spending downtime in the
mountains of Wyoming.

James
Lindsey, VP of Client Relations
James Lindsey has been part of the Snowfly team
for six years and is a former student of Dr. Mitchell
at the University of Wyoming. Prior to joining
Snowfly, James was a freelance web consultant
on the threshold of enrolling in the Peace Corps.
He enjoys the outdoors, especially playing golf.
In addition to a bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
James also has an M.S. degree in eBusiness from
UW.

Tyler
Mitchell, Director of Business Development
Tyler Mitchell earned a B.A. in Marketing from
The Colorado State University School of Business
in May of 1997. After 4 years and many successful
sales ventures in the commercial furniture industry,
Tyler finally gave in to his dad’s persistence
and joined Snowfly, heading up market development
in 2002. Tyler continues to be extremely dedicated
to making Snowfly a monumental success. When he
is not working on Snowfly, he is spending time
with his wife Sara and son Logan.

Raleigh Whalen , Client Services
Raleigh Whalen has joined Snowfly in Client Services. Raleigh is from Cheyenne, Wyoming and is a 2005 graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Business. Yes, he is a former student of Dr. Mitchell. Before joining the Snowfly team, Raleigh was retail marketing specialist and supervisor for Sierra Trading Post, a very successful on-line marketer of outdoor clothing and gear.
Raleigh is well traveled and likes to play golf and fly fish. He claims to be the 2nd best fly fisherman at Snowfly, but those who know him think that on his best days, he may be in the top four.

Lucas Shaw , Systems Developer
Lucas is from Cody, Wyoming and is one of the top graduates of the prestigious University of Wyoming computer science department. Snowfly is his first full time job since graduation. Like most Wyoming natives, Lucas loves the outdoors and spends what little spare time he has, hiking, cycling, snowboarding, and cross country skiing. He is pretty good at speaking Russian which might come in handy at Snowfly.

Tammy
Forbis, Director of Customer Service
Tammy Forbis is a longtime employee of Snowfly
and former student of Dr. Mitchell. She was hired
during product creation and has watched it grow
over the years. Tammy has a Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration and an M.B.A, both
from the University of Wyoming, where she graduated
at the top of her class. Tammy is married and
has two sons; she enjoys spending time with her
family.

Gwen
Clark, Administration
Gwen Clark is the office manager for Snowfly.
A life-long resident of Wyoming, she loves the
things living here affords, such as camping, fishing,
backpacking, etc. She has a degree in Accounting
from the University of Wyoming and has worked
for Dr. Mitchell for nearly 15 years. Gwen and
her husband Randy have six kids: five boys and
one beautiful girl.

Bob Asay, Sales Representative
Bob brings a 34-year history in the sales and recognition industry including 30 years as a top sales representative with O.C. Tanner. Bob has sold over $100 million in incentive merchandise to over 1,000 accounts. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and currently resides in Dallas, Texas where he is on the board of directors for Head Start and the Child and Family Guidance Center.

Thad
Minyard
Thad Minyard is the Chairman of the Board of McCoy
Inc. in Houston, Texas and Rockford Business Interiors
in Austin, Texas. He was instrumental in building
McCoy into one of the most respected names in
the office interiors industry. Thad is involved
in several other industry related and charitable
boards. These include the Executive Committee
of Junior Achievement and Rice Alliance (an Entrepreneurial
Development Group of Rice University). Mr. Minyard
has a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Technological
University and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist
University.

Hal Johnson
Hal Johnson is Managing Partner of Client Development
for Korn/Ferry International, operating from their
New York and Colorado offices. He has extensive
experience in recruiting senior level executives
and has specialized in Human Resources for 15
years, working exclusively on HR solutions. Hal
spent 20 years holding the top HR positions for
three major corporations: Cigna (formerly INA),
Federated Department Stores, and the Travelers
Companies, where he was also responsible for Corporate
Administration. Hal was on the committee at McKinsey
& Company that produced the widely recognized
“The War for Talent” report. He earned
a bachelor's degree in Business Administration
from the University of Nebraska and resides in
Fort Collins, Colorado.

Bruce
Crompton
Bruce G. Crompton is the Director of Sales for
FootJoy, the industry leader in golf footwear,
apparel, and gloves. Bruce has a wealth of marketing
and sales experience in the golf and sporting
goods industries. He was also associated with
Nike as the National Sales Manager of the Golf
division, and Marketing Manager for the Athletic
Footwear division. He holds a bachelor’s
degree from Weber State University and is a graduate
of Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern
University.

Bob
Provine
Dr. Provine is world-renowned authority on the subject of laughter. He is a best selling author (Laughter: A Scientific Investigation), popular lecturer, spokesperson and product development consultant to several Fortune 500 companies. Bob has been featured in hundreds of broadcast and print media stories worldwide, including 20/20, Scientific American Frontiers with Alan Alda, Good Morning America, and cover stories in Time, Psychology Today, and The Wall Street Journal. Dr. Provine holds a B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University and a Ph.D. from Washington University (St. Louis).

Bob Cowen
Bob Cowen brings extensive knowledge and experience in the contact center industry. He has worked for companies in early start-up mode as well as those already well established, assisting them in finding new markets and expanding existing ones. His strengths include finding early-adopters, new account acquisition and selling turn-key solutions to end-users throughout North America. He has learned the best ways to capitalize on the success of initial customers and how to leverage it to maximum effectiveness. Bob has earned numerous sales and marketing accolades but derives the greatest pleasure from assisting in a customer’s success. He has a BS degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University and resides in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
